FeatureOS is a fully-featured product lifecycle management platform for your product team. FeatureOS comes with 4 major modules: Feedback Boards, Roadmaps, Changelogs, and Knowledge Base.

By default, the trial period is 14 days. You can extend the trial period to 30 days in total from your dashboard. If you are an Enterprise customer, you can contact us for a custom onboarding experience.

No, you don't need to add your credit card details to try FeatureOS. You can sign up for a free trial and explore all the features without any restrictions. When you decide to continue using FeatureOS after the trial period, you will be required to add your payment method and continue with the plan you have selected.

We release new features every 14 days. All the new features are added to your existing plan if you are on a paid plan automatically.

Yes, you can request custom features on FeatureOS when you are on an undiscounted Business or Enterprise plan. Please note that these requests are subject to the availability of our team and the feasibility of the feature.

Yes, FeatureOS complies with GDPR. We go through a series of internal processes to ensure that we comply with GDPR, and do everything in our power to ensure that we are compliant. You can read more about our compliance efforts here.

Yes, enterprise customers get priority access to support as a part of their SLA. You can contact us to get started.

A plan is a subscription that you can purchase to get access to a certain set of features. A Power-up is a feature that you can opt-in to use on your FeatureOS account.

Power-ups give you the flexibility to choose what you want to use and what you don't based on your usage and the type of product you are building.

Yes, you can migrate all your data to FeatureOS from other platforms without any downtime. You can also optionally contact us for a smoother migration experience.
