Yes. FeatureOS is API-first: every feature ships with an API on day one, and we build the interface on our own API, so anything the dashboard can do your code can do too. API access is included on Growth and Business plans. Webhooks, with subscriptions to exactly the events you want, are a Business feature.

There are 31 integrations in the catalog today, covering project management (Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp), support and chat (Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout), team messaging (Slack, Discord, Zapier), and analytics (Google Analytics, Segment, Plausible). Anything without a native integration can be wired up with webhooks or the API.

Yes. Guest submissions, guest comments, and guest votes let visitors post, comment, and vote anonymously without signing in, and guest actions are available on every plan. If you would rather people be identified, single sign-on lets existing customers submit feedback without creating another account.

Yes. You can migrate your data from other platforms without downtime, and FeatureOS includes a built-in migration experience for feedback boards, changelogs, and the knowledge base. Teams moving from another tool can also contact us for hands-on help with the import.

New features ship every 14 days on a fortnightly release cycle, and improvements to existing features go out every day. New features are added to your existing paid plan automatically at no extra cost.
