Buffer, RemNote, Scenario, OnTheClock, Enfocus, and Komo Technologies all run customer feedback on FeatureOS, alongside more than 1,500 teams in total. The published stories also cover Anny, Asolvi, Contractor Foreman, EazyStock, PeopleForce, PhishingBox, Premier Systems, Tandem.net, and TradingLite. There are 16 customer stories on the site today, ranging from early-stage startups to an Esko business unit.
FeatureOS customer stories span 10 industries: Marketing, Education, AI & Gaming, SaaS, HR Tech, Supply Chain, Enterprise, Construction, Security, Fintech. Buffer and Komo Technologies come from marketing, RemNote and Tandem.net from education, Scenario from AI and gaming, EazyStock from supply chain, PhishingBox from security, and TradingLite from fintech. The pattern is the same in each one: feedback arrives from many channels, and FeatureOS turns it into a single prioritized queue.
Teams report fewer tools, less manual triage, and faster follow-up with customers. OnTheClock sunset multiple feedback systems and now uses one tool to collect, review, prioritize, and communicate about product feedback. Contractor Foreman sends posts to ClickUp on status change, which saves several hours per week and keeps customers informed automatically. Komo Technologies has customer success qualify requests before they reach the backlog, which means less noise for product and clearer priorities.
Yes. Feedback boards, roadmaps, release notes, and a knowledge base are one product, so most teams retire their old stack when they move. OnTheClock was able to sunset multiple feedback systems and consolidate everything into a single platform. TradingLite had used separate feedback, roadmap, and changelog tools that always felt disjointed, and now runs the whole cycle in one place. Premier Systems went further and expects to move its entire help desk over to FeatureOS.
The FeatureOS team helps with the switch, including moving an existing backlog across. PeopleForce had committed to another feedback tracker for over two years, and the FeatureOS team helped them understand their needs and migrate the backlog, after which SSO and the Linear integration went live faster than they had planned. Tandem.net moved after another feature voting tool proved too much effort to use at scale. Contractor Foreman tried the better known options first and switched because the product and the team fit better.
Yes. Multiple boards let one team manage feedback for several products in a single account. Asolvi runs a dedicated board per product and lets end users submit ideas from inside its own apps through the FeatureOS API. Enfocus collects requests for PitStop, Switch, Phoenix, Griffin, and Review in one system, grouped by product, workflow, or customer segment, and publishes a shared public roadmap on top of it.
Jira appears most often in the customer stories. ClickUp, Linear, Intercom, and SSO also show up. Premier Systems marks a feature released in Jira and FeatureOS completes the request and notifies everyone who reported or upvoted it. Tandem.net does the same, so members hear about a shipped feature or a fixed bug immediately. Contractor Foreman routes posts to ClickUp, EazyStock links prioritized ideas to Jira, and PeopleForce connected Linear and Intercom.
Price and responsiveness come up in almost every story. Buffer said pricing felt right, the product felt intuitive, and the team even built a new feature for them. RemNote found other platforms very expensive for an early-stage startup and now has everything in one place at a reasonable price. Anny found FeatureOS more affordable than the competition. OnTheClock pointed to the speed at which the team keeps improving the product and how closely support worked with them during onboarding.
