Eligible startups get 6 months free on the Starter plan ($60/month value). That includes 5 feedback boards, 5 team seats, 3 integrations, all AI features, brand customization, custom domains, and email SMTP.

Sign up for FeatureOS, then chat with us (or use the support page) with your company name, founding date, team size, and funding status. We verify eligibility and activate Starter on the account.

The account continues on Starter at $60/month, or $50/month billed annually. You can upgrade, switch, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, the account pauses and your data stays.

Yes. You can move to Growth or Business at any time. The startup benefit applies to Starter only — a higher plan bills at standard pricing.
