Customer feedback is both extremely important and often challenging to gather and quantify in a meaningful way, we didn't have a good way to do that outside of support tickets and individual phone calls.
The impact
FeatureOS has provided us with a single source of truth for user feedback, we use the tool to allow our users to pitch feature and integration ideas to us for potential development prioritization and the response has been overwhelming in the best way possible.
Users are interacting with one another on posts, providing their own thoughts and viewpoints, and upvoting what they think they see potential value in.
